Terra Dulce, a Colombian chocolate company situated in the coffee region, manufactures fine artisan chocolate following the bean-to-bar trend. We meticulously control each step of the chocolate-making process, from cocoa cultivation to chocolate transformation. Our vision focuses on the sustainable development of the region, encompassing fair trade, the exclusion of child labor, and the support of local entrepreneurship. We maintain a direct and committed relationship with cacao producers to ensure they receive fair compensation for their labor and production. Our products adhere to the highest quality standards, incorporating the finest ingredients sourced from local suppliers in the region.
Our Dark Chocolate Gift Box comprises chocolates with high cacao percentages, sweetened with organic raw sugar cane or stevia, and certified natural ingredients. No refined sugar, lecithin, or hydrogenated fat is added. All our ingredients are 100% natural. We are dedicated to providing healthy and sustainable chocolate.
We prioritize the well-being of our farmers, the environment, and the community. Our objective is to foster a world where mindful eating is integrated into our daily lives, as we acknowledge the impact of our consumption choices on both our planet and the economy. Our chocolates are exclusively crafted using Colombian varieties of fine cacao sourced from farms that employ good agricultural practices. We rigorously select cacao producers who meet these requirements.
Our bars consist of only two ingredients. The sweetener we utilize is organic raw cane sugar (panela) from Mesa Baja, a local company in the Colombian coffee region. The inclusions in our chocolate bars comprise dehydrated fruits from the FRUDAQUI brand, another local company in the region that holds Kosher certification. We also incorporate pollen and macadamia grown on farms in the Quindío area. Furthermore, we use certified high-grade essential oils (DOTERRA brand) to naturally flavor our bars.
For our special blend of coffee and chocolate, we meticulously choose the finest single-origin coffee from an association of small producers in Quindío, which has received a rating of 84 points on the SCAA scale. In conclusion, all the ingredients we utilize in crafting our chocolate bars are natural and locally sourced, with many of them carrying high-quality certifications.
